Posture Flashcards

1
Q

A

Orientation of body parts relative to one another at any given time

  • static and dynamic
  • each weightbearing joint is considered a postural segment

Q

Supine

A
  • firm surface to support normal curves of spine
  • Same alignment as in standing but along horizontal plum line
