A

Attachments: both heads attach to lateral side of fibular head
long head - ischial tuberosity
short head - linea aspera, lateral supracondylar line of femur
Innervation:
long head - tibial nerve (L5-S2)
short head - common fibular nerve
Actions: Flexes knee, ER tibia, extends hip

Attachments: ischial tuberosity to posterior medial condyle of tibia
Innervation: tibial nerve
