Attachments: body/inferior pubic ramus to pectineal line and proximal linea aspera of femur
Innervation: obturator nerve
Action: adducts hip, weak hip flexor
Adductor longus
Attachments: body of pubis to middle linea aspera of femur
Innervation: obturator nerve
Action: adducts hip
Adductor magnus
Attachments: inferior pubic ramus, ramus of ischium to gluteal tuberosity, linea aspera and supracondylar line
Innervation: obturator nerve (adductor part), sciatic nerve (HS part)
Actions: adducts and flexes hip (adductor part), extends hip (HS part)
Gracilis
Attachments: body and inferior pubic ramus to superior/medial tibia (pes anserine)
Innervation: obturator nerve
Actions: adducts hip, flexes hip, IR hip
Obturator externus
Attachments: obturator foramen/membrane to trochanteric fossa of femur
Innervation: obturator nerve
Actions: ER hip, stabilizes head of femur in acetabulum
Pectineus
Attachments: superior pubic ramus to pectineal line of femur
Innervation: femoral nerve (sometimes obturator)
Actions: adducts hip, flexes hip
