post abdominal wall: fascia
superficial fascia: under skin (fatty layer- Camper’s)
Transversalis fascia: deep to abdominal muscle
Muscles of post ab wall
post: quadratus lumborum, psoas, illiacus
lat: abdominal muscles
ant: rectus abdominis incased in rectus sheath
Pelvis: Illia
attached laterally to the sacrum (sacroiliac joint). upper part of each illium expand outward wing-like area; illiac fossa
Pelvis: Anterior superior Iliac Spine

Psoas major & minor
medial
fill space between lumbar veterbral bodies and transverse proccesses, from T12 to L5
passes under medial acruate lig. of diagphragm
most powerful hip flexors with iliacus
quadratus lumborum:
lateral
fills space between rib 12 and iliac crest
overlapped by psoas mucle medially
