C. the PIA Summary Sheet is required on all CODE 1 incidents (except single-family dwellings) , other significant events, such as hazardous materials, technical rescue, or dive rescue responses, where more units are utilized on the scene than originally dispatched, or when directed by the Assistant Fire Chief of ERD.
