A

1)Hypoxia
2)Erythropoietin stimulating tumora
3)physiologic response to ⬇️ O2 availability (high altitude, sleep apnea, ❤️ disease)

BUN >24
Specific gravity >1.03
RBC will be normal as the polycythemia is from the low volume
