What are the findings on FBC?
Normocytic anaemia
Raised WCC
Thrombocytosis
What are the complement results?
Low
What HBV antigens should be tested for?
HbsAg
HbeAg
What autoantibodies should be tested for
Rule out lupus
- Anti-dsDNA
- ANA
- Anti-smith
- Anti-cardiolipin
Rule out microscopic polyangitis without need for renal biopsy
- pANCA
Treatment of PAN?
Hep B treatment
- Peg Interferon
- Lamivudine
Disease modifying
- Prednisolone
- Methylprednisolone
- DMARDs
