Qualification of President and Vice President
Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen
Must be a registered voter
Must be literate (able to read and write)
Must be at least 40 years old by the day of the election
Must have lived in the Philippines for no less than ten years before the day of the election
If President is unable to perform his or her duties or carry out his or her term due to resignation, death, or physical incapacity, the following order of succession shall be followed:
Vice President
Senate President

Congress shall choose an Acting President until elections be held

The said nominee shall need to be confirmed by a majority vote of all the Members of both Houses of the Congress, voting separately.
Common Provisions
The special elections that is needed to elect the new President and Vice President must be enacted by Congress. The bill is automatically deemed urgent and such special elections should be held for not earlier than 45 days and not later than 60 days.
No special elections can be called if the vacancy occurs within (blank) before the next presidential elections.
