Regulatory policies
Government restriction or control over business practices
Rent seeking
When a company, organization or individual uses their resources to obtain an economic gain from others without reciprocating any benefits back to society
Republic
a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch
