Parastatal

Parliamentary Government
Democratic form of gov where the pol party that wins the most seats during the federal election forms the government

Common obligatory arrangement between an indiv that had authority and a person who benefits from that influence
Plurality System
Electoral process where the candidate who polls the most votes is elected
