Radial border of index finger; in depression just distal to metacarpo-phalangeal joint. YING SPRING; Water point - Son point
L.I. 2, oblique towards palm
Radial side of index finger, in substantial depression proximal to head of the second metacarpal bone. SHU-STREAM; Wood point
L.I. 3, perp in loose fist position, metacarpal bones lying in same plane.
Dorsum of hand btwn 1st & second metacarpal bones, midpoint of 2nd metacarpal and close to radial border. YUAN SOURCE, Command of F/N, Heavenly star point

radial side of wrist in centre of hollow formed by extensor pollicis longus & e.p. brevis (Anatomical snuff box). JING RIVER; Fire point

With elbow flexed, point is located in depression 1 cun proximal to and 1 cun lateral to L.I. 11

On lateral side of upper arm 3 cun proximal to L.I. 11 on line connecting with L.I. 15
L.I. 13, perp
On lateral side of upper arm, in visible tender depression of deltoid muscle and brachialis muscle, approx 3/5ths the distance btwn L.I. 11 and L.I. 15. Raise upper arm to find it.
L. I. 14, oblique
In depression anterior and inferior to acromion, at origin of deltoid muscle
L.I. 15 perp or transverse oblique towards elbow
