Supply chain
A supply chain is the network of all the individuals, organisations, resources, activities and technology involved in the creation and sale of a product. A supply chain encompasses everything from the delivery of source materials from the supplier to the manufacturer through to its eventual delivery to the end user.
Stakeholders
Anyone who is impacted by your project (customers, managers, team members, partner teams, etc)
Organization Structure
Refers to how your project team is organised. an organisation may use one or all types of Organisational structures.
Organisational Structure - Functional
is where each member of the staff has a clear superior and they are grouped by their area of expertise.
Organisational Structure - Projectized Organisation
Team members generally are co-located and resources are dedicated to the project. Project managers have strongest autonomy and authority.
Composite Organization
This often includes elements of a projectized structure that will focus on project activities within a larger blended org structure
Matrix Based - Organization
a combination of functional and projectized distinctiveness, from weak to strong
Organisational Process assets
Are the plans, processes, policies and procedures used by an organization. they influence the project and how to it is managed.
Organizational process assets two categories
1 - Processes and procedures. 2 - Corporate knowledge base.
Enterprise Environmental Factors
Conditions not under control of the project team, yet will influence the project.
Enterprise Environmental Factors - Examples
Organizational culture, Government or industry standards, existing human resources, marketplace conditions, political climate, commercial databases, Project management information system.
Cognitive Bias

Upfront investment
The money you put in at the beginning of a business or financial venture.
explicit knowledge
knowledge that is straightforwardly expressed and shared between people, like a step-by-step guide.
tacit knowledge
the knowledge, skills, and abilities an individual gains through experience that is often difficult to put into words or otherwise communicate.
