Determine Budget
- Examine aggregate costs of the individual elements to create a budget and cost baseline
- Comes after the WBS
Define Scope
Based on stakeholder requirements, the project scope statement defines what is and is not included in the project
Estimate Activity Durations
Create time estimates for the duration of the project work and the duration of the project
Develop Resource Plan
Establish the ground rules, management, discipline, reawards and recognition system and human resource management

Identify risks
