Do no eat: All animal foods, dairy products, fish and shellfish

Eat: Dairy products, Eggs, All types of plant food
Do not eat: Meat, Fish and shellfish
Buddhism dietary laws:
Many are vegetarian or vegan
Some avoid meat or dairy products
Christian dietary laws:
No dietary restriction
Hinduism dietary laws:
Many are vegetarian
Some practice fasting
Beef is not eaten
Many do not consume alcohol
Islam dietary laws:
Dietary laws are written in Quran
Pork and shellfish are not eaten
Dairy foods and meat are not to be prepared/cooked together
