antifungal tx.
fungal staon, gram stain, may grunwald giemsa stain.

A
chronic, mod itchy, monomorphic, dome shapedd follicular papules. and tiny pustules.

tx
A
oral fluconazole 400 mg once
itraconazole 200 mg/ day for 5-7 days.
top 2.5% selenium sulfide overnight- effective.
others:
30-50% propylene glycol in water
topical imidazole creams.
prophylaxis:
Monthly application of selenium sulfide or maintenance of topical econazole
