topical tx/ ciclopirox, eficonazole, amorolfine naul lacquers.
O - CEA

eficonazole and ciclopirox aee achieved and must be used for 48 weeks.

adults involving fingernails:
terbinafine 250mg/day for 6 weeks. children is 250mg daily for pxs over 40Kg. etc look book.

for toe nails tx is 12 weejs.

Candida onychomysis- systemic itraconazole and fluconazole.
