what are signs and symptoms of acromegaly ?
large hands and feet!!
arthritic changes/joint pain !!

removal of the tumor

SIADH is when you can’t pee, too much ADH
- hyponatremia
- weight gain
- tachycardia
- hypertension
- anorexia
( implement seziure precautions cause of the low sodium )
give loop diuretics to aid with peeing
DI is when you can’t stop peeing, too little ADH
- hypernatremia
- weight loss
- hypotension
- dehydration
give vasopressin or demospressre
watch for water intoxication
