Q

Describtion of Manometer

A
  1. A u-shaped tube with a small amount of liquid
  2. When both ends are open, the levels of the water are the same.
  3. If one side is connected to gas supply, the gas is pushed down on the liquid forcing it round the bend. The unequal level is te differance in pressure.
