Extreme physical or mental tiredness brought on by extreme exertion.

Your boost may not be able to carry on with the sport, concentration levels will decrease, skill levels decrease as speed and strength decrease. This can result in injury.

Might create tension which results in the tightness of the muscles.

It can make you feel uneasy and apprehensive, you are likely to make mistakes. However some levels of anxiety are good in preparation for some performers.
What can nervousness lead to?
Increase tension levels which can lead to feeling sick.
How can stress affect motivation?
It can cause it to decrease.

When a muscle, or group of muscles, is unable to carry on contracting and movement stops.
