What is a Phyllodes tumor?
A
Rare fibroepithelial tumor with histology similar to that of fibroadenoma

What are the clinical features of phyllodes tumour?
A
Painless, smooth, multinodular lump in the breast
Variable growth rate: may grow slowly over many years, rapidly, or have a biphasic growth pattern
Average size 4–7 cm

How is Phyllodes tumour diagnosed?
A
(Ultrasound and mammogram) findings are similar to fibroadenoma
(Biopsy) Leaf-like architecture with papillary projection of epithelium-lined stroma

What is the treatment for Phyllodes tumours?
A
Surgical excision
Atypical lesions on biopsy can metastasise
