Solitary or multiple benign lesions that arise from the epithelium of breast ducts

What are the clinical features of intraductal papilloma?
A
(In solitary lesions)Most common cause of bloody nipple discharge
Large, central lesion
Palpable breast tumor close to or behind the nipple
(in multiple lesions) Usually asymptomatic but may cause nipple discharge
Lesions may be smaller than solitary lesions
