Illusion
Misinterpreting something that is seen (ie shadows as people)

Stimulated by absent stimulation in any modality

Reflex Hallucination
Stimulation in one modality causes hallucination in another
Pseudo Hallucination
Vivid mental images that patient recognises are not real and lack full quality

Strong conviction held but can be talked out of
Delusion
Pathological belief held with absolute conviction in the face of contradictory evidence.

Occur as a result of other psychiatric symptoms i hallucinations

Experience something that’s caused by something else
Clouding of consciousness
Decreased response to external stimuli
Catatonia
Extreme loss of motor skills or constant hyperactive activity ie rigid poses. Repeat meaningless phrases
Stupor
Extreme clouding of consciousness
Flight of Ideas
Continuous stream of ideas that all link together
Formal thought disoder
Disorganized thought so disorganised speech ie pverty of speech, tangientiality, illogicity, perseveration adn thought blocking
Pressure of speech
Hard to interrupt
