Treat everyone with a positive RADT test (adults) and kids with a negative RADT test and a positive throat culture

Penicillin VK or amoxicillin for 10 days

PCN allergy: Cephalexin for 10 days
Severe PCN allergy: clindamycin for 10 days or azithromycin for 5 days
