A

Cocaine/Amphetamine
- Lorazepam for agitation, Haloperidol for psychotic agitation, and dopamine agonist for extreme cravings.

Benzodiazepines
- Give flumazenil (short acting benzodiazepine) for acute OD, longer acting benzodiazepine for chronic use

GHB
- Consider benzodiazepines
