  • Younger ages: identified H&WB as having a good diet
    Over 16: mentioned aspects from the physical dimension (exercise) as well as social H&WB (social relationships with friends+family)
  • Young people develop a more holistic view as their life experience grows
  • Mental H&WB is a major issue for youth (self-esteem and body image)
