Relates to the functioning of the body, its systems and the physical capacity to perform daily tasks.

What is Emotional H&WB? What are some examples?
Ability to recognise, understand and effectively manage and express emotions as well as the ability to display resilience.
- Experience appropriate emotions in different scenarios

What is Mental H&WB? What are some examples?
The state of a person’s mind or brain and the ability to think and process information.
- Low stress and anxiety levels
- Positive self-esteem
- High levels of confidence
- Positive thought patterns
- Use logic and reasoning to form opinions/make decisions
What is Spiritual H&WB? What are some examples?
Ideas, beliefs, values and ethics that arise in the mind and consciences of human beings. It includes concepts of hope, peace, a guiding sense of meaning and value, and a reflection of a person’s place in the world.
