What is objective tests?
Tests that accesses personality based on sets of question with specific answers.
Whats self raters?
Its a type of objective test that asks you to describe your own characteristics.
What is informant ratings?
Its asking someone to describe other peoples characteristics.
What are high staters?
When the testing score are used to something more important like for a job.
What is self enhancement?
When we ignore less desirable characteristics and focus on the good ones.
What is reference group effect?
Its comparing our personality traits with others and ending up not being accurate because on based on others.
What is projective tests?
Its a personality trait designed to access peoples characteristics which are usually created by beliefs, feelings and past experiences.
