-break down complex ideas into smaller chunks
- explain each chunk thoroughly and slowly
e.g. explaining UDA system to family- bands, changes to band 2, challenges

What are your best qualities?
- caring- always want whats best for others
- loyal- supportive of everybody
- friendly and outgoing- can socialise with new people easily
- determined and hard-working
How do you manage stress?
- talk to friend or family- helps to get weight off shoulders
- do something to forget my stress- e.g. gym, art
- organise my time- lists
- take a break- rest day
e.g. exams- make to do lists, timetables and schedule in time to do things i enjoy
How can you illustrate to us that you are a good leader?
- organising bake sales- designating roles, talking in assemblies, choosing the charity

- first year failed
- second year retried and won out of three winners
- reflected on what i could’ve done better the 1st time- made 2nd a bit more personal and meaningful
- chose a poem that was meaningful to me and i could draw in my own experiences

- charity committee
- cake sale- each person had a different role- stalls, baking, selling etc..
- regular meetings to talk through events & collaborate ideas- movie night, raffle, disco

textiles- needle and thread, embroidery, making jewellery
painting & drawing- steady hand

- How do you approach time management and prioritisation?
- LISTS- lots of to do lists- helps organise my day
- RAG lists- red being urgent, green being less important
- timetables- good for revision
e.g. homework in the week, red for short deadlines, green for notes i can make in my own times

- respectful- must respect patient autonomy- i support and respect my friends’ decisions
- caring- want to care for the patient- i look after friends and offer my help
