Give a Creedal definition of “God”
God is on in Trinity and unity; there is the person of the Father, of the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Their glory is equal, the majesty coequal. Uncreated, unlimited, eternal, Almighty, Lord. None greater, none lesser.
What is the basis for the Christian belief that God is a person?
God is characterized by both his personality and his personal interaction with his creation, as evidence through the whole of Scripture.
Name some of the Attributes of God
Ominpresent, Ominpotent, Just
Give a few Scriptural incidents that reveal these attributes
Ominpresent: Jeremiah 23:24, “Can a man hide himself in hiding places. So I do not see him?” declares the LORD. “Do I not fill the heavens and earth?” declares the LORD.
Explain the meaning of “holy” in reference to God and tell why it underlines all else in the character of God.
Holy means to be set apart for a purpose. In the New testament it is to be ethically pure and apart from sin.
God’s Holiness is the basis for God’s justice in that he holds to a standard.
His holiness also is the basis for His love in that he understands the now impossible task in front of humanity so he takes compassion on them and sacrifices himself.
Explain the term Theism
A belief in one or more divine beings:
Monotheism: One god Polytheism: Many gods Pantheism: All things are god
Explain the term Deism
A belief that a divine being created the word, but has no interaction with creation, rather letting it run solely on natural laws.
Explain the term Atheism
a belief that there is no god or spiritual world
Explain the term Humanism
The belief that focus’ mainly on the wroth of the human being above everything else, making the human the center of everything.
What are some of the evidences and arguments for the existence of God?
Evidence:
The complexity of DNA and life.

How Does God maintain a personal relationship with his creatures?
He interacts with them through his Holy Spirit (John 14:15-16) and through his creation (Romans 1:20)
What is your belief concerning God, Creationism, and evolution?
I believe as the Scriptures say in Genesis 1-2, that God created the world in six literal days by the power of his word alone and as we see it today, except in a perfect state.
