  • test with tinels, phalen, thumb abduct strength, dynamom grip

A

cause: bt pronator teres heads at elbow, hypertonicity dt occupation (carpenter eg)
tx: TrP, spray/stretch
presents: pn on volar aspect of forearm (ddx from CT), paresthesia in med distrib of hand, pain with pronation, thenar atrophy
