A

Skin - warm, pink, dry
PR - 60-100bpm
BP - > 100mmHg systolic
Consc. state - Alert & orientated to time & place

A

Skin: cool, pale, clammy
PR: <50 or >120
BP: 60-80 mmHg systolic
Consc. state: alert OR altered to time & place

A

Skin: cool, pale, clammy
PR: <75 or > 130bpm
BP: 40-50 mmHg systolic
