Determinant criteria, value & score

A
  1. Fall Hx
    • Is there a Hx of any fall in previous 12
    months? Y = 1, N = 0
  2. Medications
    • 4 or more meds in 1 day? Y = 1 / N = 0
  3. Medical Hx
    • Stroke or Parkinson’s? Y = 1 / N = 0
  4. Stability
    • Reported balance problems? Y = 1 / N = 0
  5. Core strength
    • Arm use to stand from chair of knee height?
    Y = 1 / N = 0
