A method where the job performance of an employee is evaluated by the manger, where they give both positive and critical feedback to
What is a self evaluation
A reflection by the employee where they honestly grade themselves and how they can improve
What are management by objectives
A strategy that aims to improve performance by clearly defining objectives that are agreed on by both management and employees
What is an employee observation
Making contact with people that the employee interacts with in order to gain a deeper understanding of how they are performing in different aspects of the business
