what’s the difference between a principle and a performance domain?
Performance domains are activities you do during the project to ensure the project is delivered effectively do it as the work is getting done. Principles will guide you, but performance domains is the work itself.
What are domains?
A group of related activates that are critical for the effective delivery of project outcomes. Really focused on project outcomes.
Work together, interdependent - integrated. Need to concentrate on all domains.
how are the specific activities undertaken within each of the domains determined?
by the context of the organization, the project, deliverables
No standard set of activities that is right or wrong. activities you’ll do is determined by these factors above.
Project is unique, as are the activities in the domains

establishing a culture and environment that enables a collection of diverse individuals to evolve into a high performing project team.
What are the three types of teams in the team performance domain?
Project manager
Project Management Team - when a project is large, might have a couple
Project Team - the people doing the work
What is servant leadership?
based on the understanding and addressing the needs and development of project teams members.
emphasize building the right environment for the workers. “Fetch food and water”
