EP agonist, stimulate mucus and bicarbonate secretion and enhance mucosal blood flow

Inhibit cAMP, reduce gastric acid secretion

For: NSAID induced ulcer

SE: diarrhoea, cramping abdominal pain, stimulate uterine contraction
