Compare and contrast NADH and NADPH

NADH: mainly in the NAD form, used to make ATP
NADPH: mainly in the NADPH form, used to make other molecule and to reduce oxidative stress

What is glutathionne and what does it do?
A
Glutathione helps to reduce free radicals by using the GSH (reduced form). When it is in the oxidized form, it is GSSH. NADPH turns it back to the reduced form.
