Emergency calls will be dispatched to on-shift units up to the conclusion of their shift.

Communications will dispatch on-shift units to routine calls (including report calls) up to 45 minutes before the conclusion of their shift

- the sergeant will contact the person reporting (PR) to inform them of the delay and/or offer other options
