Gluteus Maximus
A
- Largest muscle in the bottom
- Originates from posterior sacrum, sacrotuberous ligament, iliac crest
- Inserts onto iliotibial tract and gluteal tuberosity of femur
- Hip extension/hip external rotation/hip abduction/stabalising pelvis

Gluteus Medius
A
- Side of the hip
- Originates from outer surface of ilium between anterior and posterior gluteal lines
- Inserts into greater trochanter of femur
- Hip abduction/Stabalisation/Internal and external rotation of the hip

Gluteus Minimus
A
- Located deep in the hip region
- Underneath gluteus medius
- Originates from outer surface of ilium
- Inserts onto greater trochanter of femur
- Hip abduction/Internal and External hip rotation

Tensor Fascia Lata
A
- Side of the hip
- Originates from iliac crest
- Inserts into iliotibial band
- Hip flexion/Abduction/Internal rotation

Erector Spinae
A
- Located vertically along the back on either side of the spine from base of skull to pelvis
- Originates from sacrum, iliac crest
- Inserts into spinous process
- Extension/Flexion/Rotation

Rectus Abdominus
A
- Located on front of abdomen vertically from pubic bone to ribcage
- Originates from pubic crest and pubic symphysis
- Inserts onto xiphoid process of sternum and costal cartilages of 5th, 6th, 7th rib
- Flexion and stabilising trunk
