A
- Unilateral iliosacral joint dysfunction in which the PSIS is up and anterior, and the ASIS is down when compared to the opposite side

A
- Unilateral iliosacral joint dysfunction in which the PSIS is down and posterior and the ASIS is up when compared to the opposed side

A
- A vertical shear of an entire innominate in which the ASIS and iliac crest are up in comparison to the opposite side innominate
- Indicated by the standing flexion test
