Organs of pelvis
Bladder/ reproductive glands/ rectum
What forms coxel bones of pelvic girdle?

Accetabulum
Articulates with head of femur on illium is illiac crest, superior edge of ilium
Asis
Anterior superior illiac spine
Psis
Posterior superior illiac spine
Linea alba
Tendon from sternum to public synthesis
Transverse Abdominis
Deepest muscle of abdominal wall
O: Inguinal ligament/ illiac crest/ lumble dorsal fassa/ costal cartilage of lower 6 ribs
I: Pubic crest and Linea alba
A: Compresses abdominal pelvic cavity
Rectus Abdominus
Six pack divided by tendons
O: Pubic crest and synthesis
I: Xyphoid process and costal cartilage of 5th,6th,7th ribs
A: Compresses abdominal pelvic cavity and Flexes vertebral column
Internal oblique
O: Inguinal ligament/ iliac crest/ lumbar dorsal Fassa
I: Linea alba/ pubic crest/ lower 4 ribs
A: Compresses abdominal pelvic cavity/ assist in flexing and rotating vertebral column
External Obliques
O: External surface of lower 8 ribs
I: Linea Alba by way of aponeurosis and anterior Hal of iliac crest
A: Same as internal obliques
What is Iliopsoas muscle made up of?
Iliacus and psoas major
Psoas Major
O: Transverse process and bodies of t12 and all lumbar Vertebrae and discs
I: Lesser trocanter of femur
A: Flexes thigh and Flexes trunk on femur as in rising to sitting position from supine, assists in outward rotation of thigh and strong pectoral muscle. Swings leg forward while walking. A chief culprit of low back pain, can be emotional muscle with heavy sexual connotations.
Iliacus
O: Illiac crest and entire Fassa of ilium
I: Lesser trocanter of femur
A: Same as Psoas
