Paryx coughing w/ forceful inspiration (can cause black eyes)
Long convalescence (P months)

Contagious for how long?
Macrolides (EMC, AZMC)
Admit < 12 mo
5 days post ABX
3 weeks post paryx stage if no ABX
Epiglottitis tx?
Empiric ceftriaxone
