Amoxicillin (Low vs. High Dose)
Amoxicillin-Clavulanate (Augmentin)
Azithromycin (Zithromax)

-Second-line:
Cephalosporins

-Chronic or Recurring:
Third-generation cephalosporin
Referral to otolaryngology
