Risk factors for Neonatal Brachial Plexus Palsy
A
- Shoulder dystocia (most common association)
- Increased birth weight
- Multiparous mother

Therapy for Neonatal Brachial Plexus Palsy
A
- Position inmediately
- ROM after 2 weeks
- Rattle on the affected arm to increased attention
- Replicate movement the baby does with the unaffected arm.
- Precaution of shoulder or radial head dislocation.
- Splinting

Recommended for those having less than antigravity strength in elbow flexion at 6 months of age.
