AE of PCN
Allergy is most common; Amp and Amox can cause mild diarrhea

IV Vanc and linezolid - 1ST CHOICE

CLINDA AND CEFTROLINE
community acquired MRSA - tx
carrier - mupirocin and retapamulin
can sometimes be tx with just I&D
trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, minocycline. doxcycline, or clinda
