Q

What are differentiation and generalization?

A

when an organism separates stimulus that has in effect from others.
generalization and when the stimulus is too familiar to the CS and causes CR.

Q

What is extinction? Spontaneous recovery? When do they happen?

16
Q

What is second-order conditioning or high-order conditioning?

A

When introducing a new NS and pair it to the CS.

Eventually, new NS becomes a second conditioned stimulus even though never paired together.

17
Q

What is conditioned taste aversion? How is it different from classical conditioning and why?

A

When food makes us sick for natural reasons and makes us feel sick every time we see it after that.
Different cause works after only one time.
