A

centers around auditory stimuli, memory, and emotion

17
Q

Primary Auditory Cortex

A

processing of auditory (sound) information

18
Q

Broca’s Area

A

focused on speech and the production of language

19
Q

Aphasia

A

Being unable to understand speech

20
Q

Wernicke’s area

A

Focused on understanding speech and assign words meaning

21
Q

Corpus Callosum

A

this is the middle of the brain. It links both hemispheres together and is in constant communication with both sides (women’s corpus callosum tends to be bigger than men’s). If the corpus callocum is severed can cause spilt brain which is eliminating the main communications amongst the hemispheres.
