Types of Scabies
A
- Ordinary
- Scabies in infants (vesicular leisons in face, palms & soles)
- Animal (absent burrows)
- Incognito (reduced S&S by syst or top steroid application)
- In clean (frequent bathing)
- Nodular (persistent pruritic hypersensitivity in genitalia, respond to topical or intraleisonal steroids)
- Norwegian (severe, keratotic , immuncomp,heavily crusted)

TTT of Scabies
A
- General measures as all members treated, iron clothing, 2ry infection treated first
- Topial : (overnight)
Sulfur (for 3-5 days), permethrin (at day 1,8), benzyl benzoate emulsion, gamma benzene hexachloride, malathione, crotamiton - Systemic :
Ivermectin, oral antihistamines
