How does the management of BRCAm pancreatic cancer differ?
More likely to respond to platinum based chemotherapy therefore cisplatin and gemcitabine generally recommended first line.

Optimal management of locally advanced inoperable pancreatic cancer?
Neoadjuvant FOLFIRINOX followed by resection if significant downstaging or chemoradiotherapy.
