Compression of the brachial plexus due to anatomical location causes:
- muscle weakness
- sensory loss of arm

What is horners syndrome and how does it present?
A
A pancoaast tumour which sompresses on the sympathetic trunk, presenting with symptoms of pancoast tumour, as well as:
- Miosis
- Ptosis
- Loss of sweating of affected side
