A

Epinephrine IV/IO:
0.01 mg/kg every 3-5 minutes.
(0.1 ml/kg of 0.1 mg/ml conc.)

Epinephrine per ET tube (no IV):
0.1 mg/kg
(0.1 ml/kg of 1 mg/ml)

loading bolus dose of 50 mcg/kg
given over 10–60 minutes.
